• Email address — entered at checkout so we can deliver your model pack and license.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Order details — the models you purchased and the amount paid, for delivery and support.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchased model packs and license details
• To provide support and resolve delivery or order issues
• To send important information about your purchase
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. We store only the order metadata Stripe returns (such as your email, the items purchased, and amount paid).

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart between pages. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain order and email records for as long as needed to provide support, honour your license, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that we may need to retain certain records to honour your exclusive license and for legal compliance.
